Return Policy

You can return your engagement ring, including the center diamond and setting, to BlumLux – no questions asked! Rings must be returned within 14 days from the ring’s shipment date and must be accompanied by original receipt.

The BlumLux refund policy is void if any of the following conditions are met:

    1. The ring has been worn by a person
    2. The ring is damaged
    3. The ring has been resized
    4. The setting head has been changed
    5. The ring design has been altered
    6. The ring has custom engraving on the band
    7. The diamond has been damaged or replaced

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our quality. All BlumLux engagement rings and wedding bands are backed by our lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defects. The lifetime warranty means that if your purchase has been found to have a manufacturing defect, BlumLux will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The lifetime warranty is subject to the following conditions:

      • The warranty does not include defects from normal wear, including plating wearing off, scratches/scuffs, damage due to negligence or accidents, or chips in the diamond.
      • If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, BlumLux will repair or replace the ring at its sole discretion.
      • The warranty may be void if a BlumLux ring setting, mount, or design is altered by an unauthorized third party.

BlumLux reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for repair or replacement under lifetime warranty due to a manufacturing defect or a result of normal wear and tear.
